Welcome to the Competitive 2 Squad.
This is a competitive squad, our sessions have a technique focus but still be challenging enough to improve. The events targeted for this squad are Munster Development 1 and 2, and Regional Championships. Attendance at these meets is compulsory once the standard for the competition has been achieved.

Equipment List:
Kick Board, Pull Buoy, Fins, Water bottle, Hat & Goggles.
Snorkel (try to find one with a purge valve to expel water – Demo of Purge Valve)
